Dram 01
A bold, party-ready blended Irish whiskey named after the Marquess of Waterford who inspired "painting the town red," bursting with pineapple, vanilla and caramel.
Dram 02
An 8-year-old single malt from Black's of Kinsale, finished in IPA beer casks for a distinctively hopped, malty character; a non-chill-filtered limited edition.
Dram 03
Boann's single pot still, aged three and a half to five and a half years and married across seven cask types, from American and French oak through a sherry quartet of Oloroso, PX, Palo Cortado and Amontillado to sweet Moscatel, at an easy 40% ABV.
