A 15-year-old single grain matured primarily in first-fill bourbon barrels with a touch of Madeira cask influence, offering a smooth profile of summer fruits, vanilla, milk chocolate, and gentle oak spice.
Dram 03
A five-year-old single cask Boann single pot still from a rejuvenated Forêt de Tronçais French oak cask, delivering cocoa, roasted coffee, honeycomb, caramelised apples, dark chocolate, and elegant oak spice.
